The North Fork Gunnison Valley in western Colorado is home to some of the finest organic orchards in the world. No doubt, our high-desert growing conditions (dry, hot days & cold nights) and 1st-use irrigation water are big factors. But the real difference is in the growers and their practices:

Ela Family Farms, certified organic, owned and operated by the Elas, grow our Rosa & Cresthaven peaches, Green Bartlett pears for Peak Peach and Pear Eaux de Vie, and Braeburn and Jonathon apples for CapRock Dry Gin, Peak Apple Aperitif and Apple Eau de Vie.

Gunnison River Farms, certified organic, owned and operated by the Herricks, grow Red Globe, Newhaven and Cresthaven peaches for Peach Eau de Vie and Peak Peach Aperitif, and apricots for Apricot Eau de VIe. They’re also partners with Jack Rabbit Hill in Peak Spirits.

Jack Rabbit Hill, certified organic/Biodynamic, owned and operated by the Hansons, grow grapes for the Estate Chardonnay, Pinot and Riesling Grappa and CapRock Vodka. JRH is also the home of the Peak Spirits distillery.

Mountain Spirits Orchards, certified organic, owned and operated by Willy Groome and Steve Lewis, grow Golden, Jonathon and Jonagold apples for CapRock Dry Gin, Apple Eau de Vie and Peak Apple Aperitif.

Rogers Mesa Fruit, certified organic, managed by Tom Alvi, is an organic packing company that sources apples and pears for Peak Spirits.
